“Ellie Elmore lives alone with her father Jack in the United Kingdom. The only other living family she has left in this world is her mother’s remaining family who all live in China. So, for obvious reasons Ellie has never had the chance to meet them, well not yet.

Right now, life is hard for Ellie, and it’s been that way since the day her mother was hit by a car while she was standing at a bus stop.

Ellie’s life is a mess of emotions on many fronts. But this sixteen-year-old girl has a dream, a big dream, a dream she continues to work on with her two best friends, and even though she feels a little downbeat or depressed when she’s scared or alone. She usually manages to fight her demons with the help of her music.

You see, when Ellie feels scared or alone, she writes song poems, song lyrics, and short stories. Which usually turns out expressive, emotive, or evocative in one way or another. Ellie puts all her poems, lyrics and stories under the umbrella title of "A Life Touched" because most of her writings touch herself or others in any one of life’s many scenarios.

Ellie’s song writing and poems also help her combat her demons, which attack her in the depths of the night, usually as strange nightmares. Or in the form of a school bully who makes Ellie’s life a misery from time to time at her local school and surrounding area.
